Who we are

Nemi is a trading name of JRL Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15511536), registered office Flat 1, 450, Cerulean House Oldfield Lane North, Greenford, United Kingdom, UB6 0GF. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean JRL Software Ltd, and "you" means the person buying from or using hellonemi.com.

Who can buy

We sell only to customers with a delivery address in the 50 US states or Washington, DC. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Orders

When you place an order, we email you a confirmation, and that confirmation forms the contract between us. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and already cover any US import duties. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout, and sales tax is added at checkout wherever we're required to collect it. We take payment when you order.

Using the wristband

The Nemi wristband is a vibrating alarm. It is not a medical device and is not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Don't rely on it as your only alarm when oversleeping could put you or anyone else at risk. Follow the charging and care instructions that come with it.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You keep every right the consumer laws of your state give you, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
