Using Nemi

I sleep through everything. Will it work?

Nemi vibrates against your wrist, so you feel the alarm rather than hear it. Wear it snug with the display on top of your wrist so the vibration sits against your skin. We can't promise it wakes every sleeper, which is why you have 60 days: if it doesn't wake you, email us for a full refund.

Will it wake my partner?

Nemi makes no ringing sound. The alarm is a vibration on your wrist.

How do I set the alarm?

Everything is set with the one button on the band, with no app, account or Bluetooth. Hold it for 3 seconds until the digits flash, tap to change the value, then hold again to move to the next one. Leave it for 8 seconds and it saves. You can set two daily alarms. The manual in the box shows each step, and support@hellonemi.com can help.

How do I charge it?

Take the display out of the strap and plug it straight into any USB port, like a laptop, power bank or phone charger. A full charge lasts 7 to 14 days, depending on how often you light up the display.

Will it fit my wrist?

The soft silicone strap is 215 mm (8.5 in) end to end and adjusts through a row of holes with a buckle. If it doesn't fit, you're covered by the 60-day refund.

Can I wear it in the shower?

It's splash-resistant, so washing your hands or rain is fine. Take it off before you shower or swim.

Orders and shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders usually arrive 7 to 14 days after you place them, by tracked shipping from our supplier's warehouse in China. Shipping is $4.75, or free on 2 or more bands. We email you the tracking link. See the shipping policy or track your order.

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We can't ship to US territories or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

Will I pay import duties?

No. Our prices already cover any US import duties, so you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for import charges, email us and we'll refund them.
